How To Create Your Own Android Ringtones

The mobile phone world really is progressing at a rate of knots. Different applications and different functions are constantly being added to the new innovative smart phones that appear on the market. While ring tones used to only be very short beeps and buzzes now it is possible to not only use a music song as your ring tone but you can even create your own unique ringtones as well. This is certainly possible on the android phone and as such if you would like to create unique android ringtones consider some of these steps.

The first thing that you will need to do is to actually get the application that will be required to create your own ringtones from the application store. As such, you should access the android market and search around for the relevant application that you require.

The application that you need is called the ringroid application and this will allow you to splice together different songs in order to create something entirely unique and specific to your own personal tastes. Simply download this app onto your phone and then you can access it for this purpose.

Once you have installed the application to your phone you can then access it and select the music that you would like to cut together. Search through the relevant song that you would like to cut through your music library.

The application will then show you a visual representation of the soundwaves from the song, and you can pick and choose the different parts that you would like to use. Use the play button in order to find a specific part of the song you are using and then use the drag function on the application to pick the start point and end point of the splice that will be used as all or part of your ring tone.

When you have finished selecting the certain part of the song you are using, simply click on the save button. You can then add a name to the ring tone so that it does not get lost in the recesses of your phone pick a name that suitably reflects the part of the song that you have chosen.
